Arbitration

Home Arbitration
Arbitration is the ultimate resolution of disputes between the parties through arbitrators, instead of state courts.

Arbitration responding to the needs of commercial life is a dispute resolution mechanism which is fast, specialized, flexible, and less costly than state courts.

The parties may freely choose arbitrators. Decisions of arbitrators as a result of arbitration process are executed through enforcement offices, just like the court decisions.

The Arbitration rules provide a judgment that can be envisaged at every stage by the parties through a procedural timetable. Arbitration, unlike the state judiciary, is not public. Therefore, it is possible to prevent people who are not involved in arbitration from being informed about the conflict and arbitration result.

PSL Law provides preliminary information about both international commercial arbitration and the national arbitration process to clients who may appeal to the arbitration.

Besides, our office provides legal advice to its clients for drawing up arbitration agreements, selecting an arbitration board, preparing the provisions of the agreement, selecting the place to resolve the dispute, and selecting the language of the process.
